Cambodian cookbook author and photographer based in London who documented Khmer recipes and ingredients for publication.
Kanika Linden is a cookbook author and photographer based in London who co-wrote Ambarella, Cambodian Cuisine with the cook Sorey Long. On a 2008 trip to Cambodia she photographed and documented Khmer ingredients, then standardised quantities and cooking times and compiled a glossary giving ingredient names, Latin names and substitutes. She managed the photography, translation, design, editing, publishing and distribution of the book herself, and it won the Asian cuisine category at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.
