Wat

Wat Keo Vichey (វត្តកែវវិជ័យ) is a Buddhist Wat in Kandieng commune, Kandieng district, Pursat province, Cambodia.[1]

History

It is the seat of the provincial chief monk of Pursat (វត្តព្រះមេគណខេត្ត).[2]

Religious life

The provincial administration and the provincial chief monks held Meak Bochea at the Wat on February 12, 2025.[1] On May 2, 2026, the province's Visak Bochea procession set out from the Wat, went around Pursat city and returned to the Wat.[2] Ahead of the 2026 rains retreat, a delegation led by Tea Vinh brought Vassa candles, rice and other offerings to the Wat and three others in the province.[3]
