Wat

Wat Luong (វត្តហ្លួង) is a Buddhist Wat in Sangkat Lolok Sa, Pursat city, Cambodia.[1]

Religious life

As of 2025, the abbot was Preah Kru Kampi Rakkhitvong Khat Khemara.[1] On November 4, 2025, the Wat's Kathin, organized by its achar and committee, was carried three times around the vihara and offered to the monks who had kept the rains retreat. It raised more than US$32,000 to turn the riverbank into a place for vipassana meditation and for other building work.[1] From December 10 to 12, 2025, the abbot led lay followers and students in pounding ambok (flattened rice) for soldiers and displaced families.[2]
