Wat Prasat Andaet

Wat Prasat Andaet (វត្តប្រាសាទអណ្តែត), also called Wat Sanlong, is a Buddhist Wat in Chan Sa commune, Soutr Nikom district, Siem Reap province, Cambodia.[1]
Religious life
As of 2026, the abbot was Preah Kru Vichitra Dhammavisuddh Poy Po. The Wat keeps the festival of chhlong chaet (បុណ្យឆ្លងចេត្រ, "crossing Chaet"), held at the turn from the lunar month of Chaet to Pisak and tied to the rice-farming year rather than the calendar year. The Wat has held it since long ago, and as of 2026 only a few Wats in Siem Reap province still kept it. On May 10, 2026, the Wat committee and monks held the festival, with religious rites and entertainment, and more people came than in earlier years.[1]
