Nite Yun is a Cambodian American chef and restaurateur who owns Lunette, a Cambodian counter-service restaurant in San Francisco's Ferry Building. She joined the La Cocina food entrepreneur incubator in May 2014 and opened the Oakland restaurant Nyum Bai, which operated from 2018 to 2022 and presented Cambodian food alongside Cambodian music.
